The in house Colour Selection process is one of the most exciting stages when it comes to building your new home. As you explore our studio considering your options our experienced Design & Colour Consultant will help you explore the huge variety of standard offerings as well as Upgrade opportunities.
Choosing the right Colours for your new home should be a satisfying experience and our aim is to make sure that the process is as enjoyable and clear as possible so that at the end you are able to visualise your new home.

How it works
Once your Plans have been lodged with the appropriate approved authority our Colour Consultant will contact you soon after to make an appointment for you to visit our “Your Style Studio”. We highly recommend that you familiarise yourself with your Selection and Product Booklet so that when you arrive at your appointment you are ready to decide your preferred style and Colour selections.
We work closely with our suppliers to give you an extensive choice of selections and upgrades. Our long standing relationships with our suppliers and purchasing power enable us to offer you exceptional value on the latest and most stylish fittings and appliances.
Your Style. Your Choice.
At the conclusion of your appointment you will receive an email of your final Colour selections and variations. Once you have confirmed these final selections and signed the document you can relax and wait for your new Provincial Home to commence.
